Environmental Site Assessments? What Must I Know?

This is why Environmental Site Assessment surveys are extremely important in the  property selection process.

3. Is there danger from Asbestos?

5. Was this previously an industrial site?
6. Are there dangerous PCB’s present?
7. Is  Lead present in the paint, or elsewhere?
8. Was this a previous Military Site?
9. Is your water supply system contaminated?
